mplcontact has experience in deploying skilled, dedicated teams to work on your account and be a true extension of your business. Our infrastructure allows us to deploy agents in discrete separate business units, which offers the opportunity for branding and access for your own staff to work closely alongside this 'virtual' team. Teams can be as small as 2 heads and can be supported by our bureau agents to ensure you always get best value for money and optimum service delivery.
Our support teams, including account management and training, are skilled at taking the detail and complexity of our clients’ propositions and delivering specific systems training to agents based, where required, on the client’s own operating platform.
Many of the challenges below have been resolved by using our dedicated agent solution:
- Seasonal peaks that would require an increase in the size of premises and an investment in associated technology and equipment
- Seasonal peaks which can’t be supported by internal infrastructure and resources
- A desire to outsource all non-core business whilst ensuring services are delivered as effectively as possible
